RIP Caveman
With every good day comes a bit of sadness.
One of our gerbils has passed. Unfortunately (but karmic), it was the good gerbil. We will continue to be haunted by the black demon, Zero.
Ed.: E was reading Holes at the time we bought them.
Both of my boys are sad. :(

Ahh ... and they say only the good die young.
Should I cover to the mirrors and sit "shiva" for this?
I wonder what the proper mourning period is for a gerbil?
Good thing I have a lot of black clothes in my closet.
